7 years of school life! It’s a long time in any person’s life. I remember his first day at school, as if it was yesterday. His shorts so long they looked like pants, his neat hairstyle, shinny black leather shoes, missing his 2 front teeth! And so excited about starting big school with his best friend. Well 7 years on, not a lot has changed. He will start school with new shoes, new uniform, maybe not the neat hair-style I would like him to have, certainly with all his teeth! And again starting this new adventure with his very best friend.
Here’s just a few snapshots of our Valedictory Night. How wonderful it is to witness such a great group of children growing up together, making long lasting friendships and so excited to be making new ones as they all go off to High School. Their last day of Primary school is Friday, and I must admit I’m already a little emotional at the thought of this little boy, no longer being so little…..
